I have purchased the bed directly from website of the 3rd party who sells on Amazon as well. I just received the delivery of the bed yesterday. I decided to get this bed after reviewing the few reviews that are available on Amazon. I was looking for a bed for our 5-yr old son. Most local stores carried beds that are too pricey. Low priced beds were available at some discount stores such as Big Lots, but all requires extensive assembling and there were no way for me to get any customer reviews on them. So I decided for the Legare Frog Twin Bed. As most other reviewer mentioned, this bed is very easy to put together. I will not even call it assembling. This is more like putting three pieces of LEGO blocks together! However, the quality of the materials looks sturdy. It fits a standard 39 x 75 twin mattress. Most of all, our son was excited to see this bed. I was concerned whether he will feel it too kiddie when he grows up a little. I thought that the design is not too toy-like so we hope he will continue to like it for several more years. I did not find any weight limit information about this bed. So I called the manufacturer Legare and left a message. I got a call back in an hour and they told me that this Twin Frog bed is tested to hold weights up to 800 lbs. So this can be used as a adult bed as well. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. Our son is even more happier and he cannot wait to tell about his new bed to his friends and neighbors.

Way better than other toddler beds for many reasons! It is adorable! Can be used for a boy or a girl. Assembles so darn easily you actually wonder why all furniture can't be so simple. No hardware at all, so no worries about loose screws or small parts in a baby room. Big enough for a parent to sleep with, when necessary, as opposed to regular toddler beds that are tiny and use crib mattresses. Strong. Makes a kid really enjoy sleeping in it. Yes, it IS shipped in two separate boxes, so don't freak out when you only receive part of it at first. Depending upon your own delivery driver for the area, it could come the next day or maybe the same day. Don't fret, it will come. I was super impressed by the clever way they had the bed slats already pre-assembled. You cannot screw this up. I set it up myself and moved it arranged, with no help, and I am 6 months pregnant. I also sleep in it with my two year old daughter when necessary. For those that want a bed rail, I have found no problems using the bed rail I have on it, so I bet it will accept any bed rail you purchase. I actually think so much of this bed that I have forgotten all of the things I wanted to say. Anyway, my daughter has slept in our bed since birth and past age two. Upon seeing her new bed, she has not slept one night in our bed. I thought sleep training her to her own room and bed would suck, but this frog bed sucked her in. She wakes up so happy, and I tell her how proud I am she slept all by herself in her own bed, to which she often replies, "I LOVE my new frog bed!" And, no, I am not making that up. Buy this bed, or the other princess one they offer, and I am betting your child will be so thankful and excited, as will you. On top of that, the price is phenomenal for what you get, especially compared to smaller (crib mattress size) toddler beds with tons of assembly and hardware and no room for a parent and at many times much higher costs.

We have had this bed for about six months. It is great! My son is 2.5 years old and he loves it. So easy to put together its ridiculous...and yet also very strong and sturdy, not to mention cute! The side table is so strong that he can even stand on it (although I don't recommend anyone doing that). All in all a great bed for a 2-10 year old! I just hope he doesn't get bored with the frog design later on in life.
